The HO-2DTS-DM-02 is a precision manual 2D material transfer system designed for deterministic fabrication of 2D heterostructures and twisted-layer stacks. The platform combines advanced optics, multi-axis positioning, and thermal control to support accurate and repeatable transfer processes.

The optical system incorporates a 0.5X - 5X high-resolution digital zoom microscope combined with Plan Apochromatic long working distance objectives. With optional long working distance objectives, the effective magnification can be extended from 2.5X up to 250X, providing flexibility for a wide range of transfer tasks. This optical arrangement delivers high image fidelity with minimal aberrations while maintaining sufficient working distance, allowing seamless transition from coarse flake localization to precise alignment during stacking operations.

Transfer precision is achieved through 9-axis stage mechanisms, consisting of an XYZ-θ substrate stage and an independent XYZ stamping stage with a tilting platform. This arrangement allows precise control of translation, rotation, vertical approach, and angular alignment, which is critical for twist-angle engineering and layer-to-layer registration.

The substrate is held on a vacuum-assisted thermal chuck with temperature control from room temperature to 200°C, providing stable clamping and controlled heating for optimized pick-up, release, and interface quality during transfer.

An integrated image acquisition software with live measurement capabilities enables real-time monitoring and documentation of the transfer process.
