HO-PAM-M01 is a fully automated digital microscope for inspection as well as particle analysing applications. A 0.7X - 4.5X Zoom lens assembly with 2X auxiliary lensand 3MP CMOS color camera is used for high resolution image capturing. A high bright intensity adjustable ring LED with diffuser disc is provided for the uniform reflectedillumination of the entire field of view and an intensity adjustable 3W high bright white LED is provided for transmitted illumination. The imaging lens system with camera is mounted on a dual post assembly with rack and pinion movement. A high precision motorized XY stage with 100mm travel in each axis is provided for the automated scanning of the sample and stitching of each frames. Sample holders are provided for holding up to 90mm diameter sample. 25mm travel Motorized Z focusing stage with autofocusing algorithmhelps the user to save the best focused image of each frame in automatic scan.
A complete user-friendly software for image grabbing, automatic scanning, stitching and particle analysing is provided with the system. Users can easily set the scanning range, LED intensity adjustment, and camera properties from the software.
