FibSpinner INE300N Roll-to-Roll Nanofiber Electrospinning Machine is a compact, pilot scale system designed for continuous production of uniform nanofiber coatings on flexible substrates. Featuring a bottom-up spinning configuration and a multi-syringe pump system, it enables stable and controlled fiber deposition across widths up to 300 mm.

The integrated roll-to-roll mechanism ensures smooth substrate handling with adjustable winding speeds and precise web tension control, making it suitable for scalable manufacturing. A high-voltage power supply (up to 30 kV) allows fine tuning of fiber formation, while the user-friendly 7” touchscreen interface provides easy control of process parameters, recipe management, and individual motor operations.

Built with safety and reliability in mind, the system includes interlocked high-voltage protection, emergency stop functionality, and electrically insulating epoxy coating. Ideal for research and pilot-scale production, this machine delivers consistent nanofiber fabrication with flexibility and ease of use.
