The Holmarc SFAS Series Spatial Filter Mount / Laser Fiber Coupler is an industrial-grade, multi-axis kinematic positioning assembly designed for laser beam spatial mode cleaning, wavefront purification, and precision optical fiber coupling. Integrating independent XY positioning stages for both optical elements and a 10 mm axial (Z) travel drive, the unit effectively strips high-frequency optical noise, diffraction fringes, and scratch-dig scatter to deliver an ideal TEM00 Gaussian profile..

Laboratory Alignment Sequence

        Step 1 (Centering) : Thread objective without pinhole installed; adjust Objective XY stage until beam is centered on optical axis..
        Step 2 (Pinhole Mount) : Insert Ø 25 mm pinhole cell into retaining barrel and secure with threaded ring.
        Step 3 (Transverse Alignment) : Adjust Pinhole XY stage to center aperture on focused beam waist until transmission emerges.
        Step 4 (Axial Optimization) : Translate the 10 mm Z-drive along optical axis to position pinhole at exact focal waist, maximizing power.
