Spectroscopy
It is a state-of-the-art 532nm Research-Grade Probe Station based Micro Electroluminescence/ Raman Spectrometer, designed for high-precision spectral measurements across multiple applications. This system is highly effective for capturing extremely weak electroluminescence (EL) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra, as well as performing Raman spectroscopy for material characterization.
With integrated micro-manipulators, this workstation allows the application of precise voltage and current to samples for EL studies. It is also equipped with sample heating and cooling options, enabling temperature-dependent analysis.
The system includes a 532nm DPSS laser, a 400mm Czerny-Turner spectrometer, a CCD detector, and a motorized XYZ mapping stage with autofocus. Additionally, it supports up-conversion material studies and features an automatic multi-laser switching table to accommodate up to three laser sources for flexible experimentation.
