Analytical Instruments
The Confocal Micro Laser Ablation and Laser Scanning Microscope Workstation is a high-precision, fully automated system designed for real-time imaging, micro-scale laser ablation, and advanced material processing applications. Featuring a color-corrected infinity optical system, motorized sample scanning and rotation stages, and a high-power Nd:YAG laser (30W, 1064 nm), this workstation provides unparalleled precision in microlithography, MEMS fabrication, micro-machining, and biological research.
Equipped with a cooled 20MP CMOS imaging camera, advanced software-controlled microscope operations, and a vacuum-type sample chamber, this system enables high-resolution imaging, laser ablation, and automated post-processing inspection. The programmable turret, motorized focus control, and real-time image stitching allow precise laser pattern overlay, making it ideal for solar cell research, MEMS device tuning, and microfabrication tasks.
The system also integrates a Galvano-based laser scanning unit for high-speed scribing, cutting, and material removal over large areas. Laser power and frequency control via software ensures optimized ablation for various materials.
The Confocal Micro Laser Ablation and Laser Scanning Microscope Workstation is a state-of-the-art solution for research and industrial applications requiring high-precision laser ablation, microfabrication, and real-time imaging.
